Haddock is a saltwater fish from the family Gadidae, the true cods. They have a mild, sweet taste with delicate flakes that turn ever whiter when cooked. They are a good, low-fat source of protein, minerals, and vitamins.
Harvested, gutted, and super chilled at sea by our own company vessels from MSC-certified fisheries in Georges Bank and the Gulf of Maine.
